 1  It is important to clear the mind of all the clutter before you start the process.

2  Imagine your prospect buying and signing a contract, or closing

3  Introduction
Use good body language, smile and use firm handshake when you meet client

 4  Build Rapport
Find things in common with client, make them like you.  People like to buy from people they like

5  Listen to clients needs and wants
Find out what the client needs and wants

6  Show how your product and or service will satisfy their needs and or wants

7  Test Close
If what I have will satisfy your wants and needs, and is affordable, will you buy it today?

8  Close
Would you like to put this on a credit card or cash or check.

9   Referrals
Do you know any individuals who could also use this product or service
